FABRICATION & HYDRAULIC PRESS BENDING
High-tensile steel sheets (IS 2062 Grade) are sheared with CNC precision and formed on our 12-meter high-tonnage hydraulic press brake into continuous tapered octagonal shapes.
7-TANK DIP & POWDER COATING
Full 7-tank chemical pre-treatment (degreasing, derusting, phosphating, passivation) followed by electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature thermal curing oven finishing.
PRECISION WELDING & ASSEMBLY
Automated continuous submerged arc longitudinal seam welding, base flange plate attachment, and flush door access compartment fitting.
QUALITY CHECK & ZINC TESTING
Rigorous magnetic thickness gauge testing verifying hot-dip galvanizing coating thickness >86 microns, dimensional verification, and weld penetration testing.
